Name, Image, and Likeness allows for Student Athletes to control the use and potential monetization of their own intellectual property. This guarantees that the player has the ability to receive their full market value with regards to sponsorship and endorsements.
No. The Bubba Club is an independent organization that works directly with the players and not the university.
